Homes with nice landscaping are likely to see their value increase by 4 to 5% compared to those homes without.
For the homeowner who needs advice, has their own contractor, will implement the work themselves or requires mild design direction; I offer this consultation service. This includes a one client visit with a one page recommendation and quick concept sketches on site. Travel expenses are not included outside of the Northern Virginia region.
The consultation fee will be waived if you decide to opt for the Borderlands Design LLC landscape plan service.
